"Steve France is the Rotary "Go To Guy" for all things video! Over three years ago, Steve filmed the inaugural Lexington Rodeo in the Alltech Arena, at the Kentucky Horse Park. He has been the sole videographer of the Rodeo for all three Lexington Rodeo events, and will, I hope tape it again in the summer of 2018. Not only did he capture the footage in a professional manner, he provided us with video products that can be viewed by all the fans right on the website.
In 2015 the Rotary Club of Lexington reached a real milestone, 100 years of community service, and hosted a Centennial Celebration event at Fasig Tipton. Once again we brought in the professional, Steve France. Not only did he film the entire event on multiple cameras, he prepared the final version for publication, as well as for giving to every member.
Before we had the event, Steve did extensive interviews with those members who spearheaded some of our most important community projects, like The Toyota Bluegrass Miracle League and Easter Seals Cardinal Hill Hospital. He prepared the videos to be shown at the event and integrated them into the final version of the event video. This was not a simple feat. We had speakers in multiple locations, video showing on screens between speeches, and even had someone deliver a proclamation on horseback. He got it all!
